Congrats on making it to the heady ranks of Diamond. I'll keep my eye out for zombie land cards.

I tried my first game of Sealed tonight. I went 4-3, so it wasn't bad in terms of gems, but 2 of my 6 rares were reprinted lands. Woo!

Yuck - that kinda blows. Particularly cos it’s limited, you’ve got no duplicate protection :( Good show on the 4-3, though :)

I’m holding off on sealed for now. As I mentioned before, I’m concerned about obtaining cards for all the upcoming sets, so I’m gonna wait and see which way the wind blows before I drop too much of my hard earned gems. I bought the mastery pass, though, as usual.

3 Sealed events in now, 4 temples added to my collection.
I went 5-0 on Saturday evening before the RNG decided that I'd had quite enough lands for the day and crashed me out at 5-3.

I was looking over my data on the tracker I use, (Mtg Arena Pro), apparently I have a 47.3% overall win rate. If you break it down into Constructed and Limited, I have 49.9% and 39.4% win rates respectively.
My favourite deck has only a 48.4% rate, while my most successful deck clocks in at an impressive 70.7% over 85 games or so. Guess I have a new favourite deck.

Yes, I was bored today. :D

I love stats :D

As for me (I also use MTG Arena Pro, btw), my numbers run thusly:

favourite deck (historic BO3 Esper Control, of course) w/l rate: 53.7% win rate, which (very interestingly) breaks down to 37.5% win on the play and 77.3% on the draw. Sideboarding FTW, I guess?

Best stats on a deck I actually played a statistically significant number of times: Simic Flash (from around Eldraine time) - 61.2% win rate.

My overall win/loss rate: I dunno? Where is this info?

It's in the 'Matches' section. The unfiltered option is your overall record, you can then refine by date, limited/constructed etc.

Esper Control is what I assumed would hit your no.1 spot. For me, my favourite is mono-black midrange, but my high performer is Azorius.... Aggro. None of that counterspelling mumbo-jumbo for me. Faeries applied directly to the face are where it's at.

aha! found it. S'not obvious, is it?

Anyway: 49.0% for me. Bit disappointing, but there it is, I suppose. Also, 3309 games played.

So.......

:?

Anyway, Limited win rate is 48.5%, with 394 games played, and constructed is 49.2%, with 2895 games played.

Jumpstart drops this week, should be fun.

I spent most if the weekend drafting and got through 7 rounds. The best I've done so far is a couple of 4-3's, but since the Gold>Gems return is pretty good at that point, I won't complain.

How about yourself? Having fun with M21?

#edit#
I've been reading over the info online for JS.
Each colour has 2 Mythic Themes, 3 Rare Themes and 4 Common Themes. (Not related to card rarity, but rather pack rarity).
Each Mythic Pack has no variety, you get the same cards every time.
Each Rare Pack has one of 2 possible sets of contents, though the majority of cards are the same.
Each Common Pack has one of 4 possible sets of contents.

So for each colour there are 24 different packs. Mythic x2, Rare x6 and Common x16
There is also a single Mythic 5 colour pack, bringing the total to 121 packs.

The set contains:
6 New, 11 pre-M21 reprints and 7 M21 Mythic Rares
14 New, 73 pre-M21 reprints and 20 M21 Rares
Plus Uncommons and Commons in bulk.
The M21 Rares DON'T include the dual land/fabled passage reprints, so the represent 20 of the 47 Rares you might actually want from the set. It's probably a good idea to hold off on opening M21 packs until you're done with Jumpstart, just to lock in the 5th copy protection. (I'm guessing JS packs will work like Draft packs and drop Gems instead).

the real question is: how is JS going to work on arena? I'm assuming a buy in for every pack/game? It will very much depend how much that costs, and gvien their recent antics with 100dollar booster packs, I suspect they may test the market for price tolerance with this.
