I was watching (seems appropriate) The Prisoner. Wonderful, surreal, 60`s British spy/sci-fi drama.
...and now his Head was full of nothing but Inchantments, Quarrels, Battles, Challenges, Wounds, Complaints, Amours, and abundance of Stuff and Impossibilities.....

My wife and I wanted something different to watch so we started the "Tiger King" series on Saturday. We finished it 30 minutes ago.

I have never been so scared or so shocked at a group like them.

I just finished season 1 of Happy! It's your fairly standard buddy cop/PI drama I guess. One of the main characters is a drunken, bitter ex-cop turned hitman. His partner is an imaginary blue flying unicorn. Together they try to save some kidnapped children, wreck about a dozen cars and brutally maim nearly everyone that crosses their path.

I quite enjoyed Happy, both seasons 1 and 2. It gets a bit mad at times - kinda like Preacher but more so. Still, definitely enjoyable, and certainly has some stuff that sticks in the mind.

Great to see this thread still going.
I'm watching Sharpe all weekend and reading Shardlake. Also found an old 80s TV show called By the Sword Divided which I will give a go as it's set in the English Civil War. I'm determined to make the most of my leave in lockdown. Back at work on Monday. From home still.
Historical minis have too many straps.
My eyes can only see so much.
Lockdown progress: One Prussian army completed after 9 years and one English Civil War project completed after 8.

Took a break from Star Trek to rewatch Rome. Greatest History show ever. - mind you they had great source material.

Then I watch Warrior Nun - surprisingly good.

Now back to DS9

Warrior Nun? Really? I’m genuinely intrigued by your opinion on this. The trailer looks...poor.

That said, I’m hardly one to talk. I watched October Faction all the way through. Promising premise. Really bad show... :(

I think I read a few October Faction comics. That's the monster-hunting family series, yeah? I remember the comic wasn't particularly great, so I'm surprised it got a TV show.

Rome is a good show and is definitely worth a rewatch.

As for myself, I just finished season 1 and started season 2 of Westworld. I'm enjoying it so far, there are some interesting themes being explored and the cast are marvelous.

Warrior Nun is exactly what I thought it would be: Pulp-fiction, teenage, alternative- world, and Buffy inspired. The story was slightly predictable but production values including the demon effects were good. I will watch anything with a good demon.
