@ PV, Koji, Auxryn: Good game guys. It was a close game and those are the best.

It was also a first for 6th Ed. for me. Well, things certainly have changed, like being able to shoot through combats. It was a good learning experience and I feel I've got a better idea how things no work. Thanks.

Close game. One vp only. Deathwing lived up to its namesake and, well, died. Termies just ain't what they used be. Curse the dice gods and that bloody fire prism tank! Took what, three melta shots, 5 conversion Beamer hits and kept on ticking. That alone held up our battle plan. But that the way it goes. But a grey knight dark angel army is not the way to go ever. We had what, three, four units on the table. Lol

For all the dismal rolling we had, I was amazed it ended only 8-7 vp in your guys favor. Hell, two charge rolls of 3!!!!!!!!! I was about to go Allah on my hair right then. Deathwing wearing tinfoil TA armor and belial! Wth!? But that's the way the dice rolled and so be it. Poor underdweller, she failed about every reserve roll there was to make. Her commander didn't even come to the battle because the game ended before automatic deployment. "I ain't going down there. Look what happened to the whole army. Who wants to go, show of hands. That's what I thought." Not a model left at the end of turn 3. You win some, you lose some. And you learn.

Today I spent hours just cutting out the models from theb.dark vengence box set and filing them. Luckily only cut myself once. Great looking models. Well worth the price. I'd sell the chaos if it didn't look so nice. Thinking off making a cage to be pulled behind my marine tank with the chosen in it.

Yep, I figured on a 3+, I'd have pretty much everything down out by turn 3, on average. Unfortunately, averages are no guarantee.... Anyway I am bound to have better luck, next time, right? (knocks on wood)
