From March and on, we will book them (try to book them more correctly), on 3rd Sundays.

Will that be combined with Komura's Malifaux day? I think it is on the 3rd Sunday of March.

The date of regular gathering in March is confirmed. It is March 19th, the 3rd Sunday. And unfortunately, conflict with reservation for Malifaux Day by Komura-san is also confirmed.
Komura-san already proposed for moving venue from Kariya to Higashi-Betsuin (E-ble Nagoya) on Malifaux Day topic. It seemed that both will happen on the same venue, or Malifaux Day as part of regular gathering.

Well, I would prefer Higashi Betsuin.

But my thought would be to combine both events, if it is possible to cancel a room?

Komurasan, you said that you have booked a 54 person hall at E-able in Higashi Betsuin, right? That sounds big enough for everyone, and it is probably more convenient for most people (well for me, anyway!)

Also I wonder how you managed to book such a big room for March in mid-February.. When I tried to book a room there, I have to go exactly 2 months before on the 3rd day of the month, or the month before on the 1st day of the month, and if I am lucky I can get one small room. Please tell me your secret
