Regular (and irregular) events in the Nagoya area can be posted up here. If you want to get your gaming fix, this is the place to look first.

good luck with that :D Incoming baby will render all plans irrelevant, or so I'm given to understand. My gaming goals for 2012 are: go to nagoyahammer in May. That's about as much as I can hope for, and even that feels a bit optimistic...
Pro tip: You can start sending your baby to hoikuen as early as three months. :) My kid started going at six months and loved it.

Although if you have doting grandparents nearby, you may find your babysitting needs taken care of most of the time. The biggest foiler of plans is illness and hospital visits.

Good advice folks, thanks.
Anyway back on topic, Dungeonlord if you can let me know your thoughts about my earlier posts. Are you happy to give Arts Club Tsu the months of March, July, October and December for events here. Perhaps you could take the other 8 months of the year or split them with Spevna 4 each.
Let me know.

I wish. Her folks are in Nagano, and have so far come to Mie a grand total of once. (in 8 years). My folks come to visit more often! It's not that her folks are terrible, heartless people, they're just hella busy with other commitments. There's not exactly a network of people around to help, either. I have a good deal more friends around the area than she does. Again, not cos nobody likes her (as those of you who have met my wife will no doubt attest, she's pretty easy to get on with.) It's just that she likes to keep herself to herself a lot of the time, and isn't much of a socialite. So, baby raising is going to be her and me only. It's not ideal, but it's how things are and there's nae use in moaning about it, I suppose :)

@ Ashimie - Ta for the thoughts. The problem is the combined total of other planned events, family, work and number of gamers in close proximity. I fully support your events and don't won't to limit your gaming plans at all.

Like I said I think it would be best to fit in an occasional Kuwana event instead of anything regular.

Sure Phil, no worries. I'll probably do the same here and stick to just 4 events next year. That's better for me too. Play it by ear month by month I guess :D
Perhaps we could find a day around New Year where we play at one of our houses again like last year. That was fun. I'll check with Leslie, Jesse, Dave etc

Sounds like a plan.

My parents and brother's family are here this New Year, but are going skiing between the 6th and the 12th. So maybe we could do something then??
