Tickets: 1000 yen for one day.
1200 yen for the weekend.

Day tickets come with doughnuts for the morning and three free tries on Splat the skaven.

Other games looming;

There is now a possibility that another game will be running alongside Dogs in the Vineyard on the Saturday afternoon. It may be D and D 3.5 or Death Watch but nothing is confirmed yet.

We may have a Japanese language table running again also.

Deathwatch can run if there are enough players for Dogs in the Vineyard. :D

Hi everyone, just a quick update. :)

There have been some requests for Death Watch (40k space marine rpg) on the Saturday afternoon alongside Dogs in the Vineyard. I have in my head a few confirmations and know what certain people may want to play when they join on that day. Leslie and I will be having another shot at Dogs in the Vineyard as it was a good challenge last year. I know another two chaps in Shiga who may well join Dogs if they attend. Now this being a 40k forum originally I would hope we can rustle up some interest for Death Watch 'fairly easily'. Assuming Stu or Rob are going to GM it that's one player plus if Phil, Jus, Egor and anyone else who likes 40k joins on that afternoon the game will be set to run.
It would be beautiful if we could get a base of at least 4 players per game for both Dogs and Death Watch with a maximum of 6. We managed it last year so here is to hoping. 3 players per game wouldn't be the end of the world but I reckon 4 could be possible.

Also Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay 3rd edition will be running on both days now in the evening slot due to popular demand so stick around to try out those new shiny dice and cool components. I have been reading the rules a lot this week and have to say it really is something special, almost revolutionary for tabletop rpgs. No more flicking through the rule books for forgotten skill meanings and game dynamics. Everything is on the cards and in the dice pools. Fantastic stuff indeed. :D

I don't know if I'll be able to make Saturday, but I'd like to participate in the Dog's game. Having run it before, I'd say that 3 players is the sweet spot... 6 players is a bit much, but possible.

If you can make Saturday as well as running your game on the Sunday that would be extra awesome, more doughnuts too. Waaaaa sugar.
That's cool there were three or four of us for Dogs last year and it was enough come to think of it.

Yeah, I really wouldn't want to run Dogs for 6 people. 3 is fine (heck, 2 is fine!), 4 is great, 5 is OK. Sign me up for WFRP3 after we're done, too!
Feel free to call me Dave!

Just a quick update.
There are many ifs, buts and maybes added to the line up now but all is going well and we should be set for a busy weekend of gaming and acting the goat, playing the fool. All the extra games depend on numbers of course but so far so good.
Warhammer fantasy will run both days in the evening. The same scenario twice from me. Call of Cthulhu might run both days as well with different GMs each day. Paul and Rich will GM these if so.
Death Watch is looking highly likely and can run in the afternoon of Saturday with either Rob or Stu as GM. Dogs only needs 3 or 4 people so that should be fine to get numbers for Death Watch.

So the confirmed line up looks like this. If you don't see your name below or see your name somewhere it shouldn't be please PM me. I've based this working schedule on all mails received from you thus far.

March 3rd: Centre Palace Tsu. Basement. Exhibition Room.

Saturday morning: Rogue Trader: GM: Stu. Players: Most likely Rob, Egor, Dave (TOD), Jus.

Call of Cthulhu: GM: Paul. Players: Ash, Ted, Satarou, Jesse.

Afternoon: Dogs in the Vineyard: GM: TOD. Players: Leslie, Ted, Jesse and Paul.

Death Watch: GM: Stu or Rob, Players: Egor, Stu/Rob, Ash, Satarou.

Evening: Zombie Cinema: GM: Leslie. Players: Egor, Paul, Jesse.

Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay Fantasy Flight edition: GM: Ash. Players: Dave (TOD), Ted, Satarou, Jus.

Sunday March 4th. Centre Palace Tsu. 2nd Floor. Room 3.

Sunday morning: Dungeons and Dragons Classic: DM: Jon. Players: Ash, Mus, Rich, Ted, Ennui Matt, Andy.

Afternoon: Shinobigami: GM: Ennui Matt. Players: Leslie, Jon, Ted, Satarou.

Call of Cthulhu: GM: Rich. Players: Ash, Egor, Mus, Andy, Jesse.

Evening: Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay Fantasy Flight edition (same scenario as Saturday): GM: Ash, Players: Open

Free play: If you want to play something else other than an rpg that is already scheduled then this is the time to do it. 5pm until 8pm close on the Sunday. So basically anyone who isn't tied in to anything and wants to play boardgames, 40k, card games, backgammon etc please use this slot instead of a scheduled rpg time to introduce or run a game.

Again any changes or alterations let me know. There are still places available for players even though it is filling up. Would love to see you there. Thanks folks. :)

I'm getting pretty excited about this event! I have something special planned, but the game I'm running is for 5 players. I can probably run it for 4 players, but it'd be best if I had 1 more. Any takers?
