incidentally, a diorama of a stealer sneaking up on a marine should look like this : http://www.coolminiornot.com/271031

very little conversion, but the models interact perfectly, no?

True, but then again, that Terminator is a far more dynamic sculpt than the Librarian in the diorama. It doesn't need any real conversion to look good.

Nice stuff. But overall, I concur "nice" not "oh wow". I was pretty underwhelmed with the Dreadnight. Looked like they grafted an old Gundam head into his chest, the buckler thingy was original, but also not my taste. The biker was pure ork awesome. You could see the bugs in his teeth! Now that is attention to detail! The SW dread had lovely source lighting on it's claw.
...and now his Head was full of nothing but Inchantments, Quarrels, Battles, Challenges, Wounds, Complaints, Amours, and abundance of Stuff and Impossibilities.....

the ork biker got the slayer sword (best in show). Its also, apparently, a scratch build. Completely. Oh, and those are real bugs. He went out the garden and spent some time selecting ones of the right size, apparently.

And, for those who care, he won the daemon because of the highly detailed freehand design on the back of the ork's jacket. Which you largely cant see because the ork is sitting in a bike with a big seat back.
