They aren't incredible paint jobs, but decent for me. Hope some Strange Aeons fans may get a kick out of them!

Nice minis and nice terrain.

That sounds totally legit. :D
I've been looking at a few of those suppliers myself, but even with the nice discounts they offer on their 100% genuine FW/GW minis, I still can't bring myself to spend money on GW products. I have nothing against the suppliers, it's just that even with a 25% discount I still think GW is expensive. :lol: :lol:

@Lovejoy
Oh man. Excellent, excellent stuff. Me and one of the Japanese guys play Strange Aeons every now and again. You have a copy of the rules? You're in Nagoya, right? We ought to get a game in one of these days.

Not much done lately, some base colors on the 1-48combat mini's the T34/75 is as good as finished, just need to paint the boxes. Strange the Vallejo russian olive green is quite bright, i had to wash it down with tamiya dark green to get the color i wanted.

I hear you about not paying money to GW. But after the thousands or tens of thousands you have shelled out, it's no wonder why. And it hit me, has anyone ever gone through and priced out exactly how much they have spent? I don't mind buying something at the local shop to support them. And the local guy here gives me bits for free and nice ones at that and discounts on everything I've bought.

Today I am putting the magnets on my tau terrain and did some small touch ups on my tofu bunker line. Looks great. And it's time to get at my tau allies before my riptide arrives and I'm way behind.

I did, once, total up the cost of my Warmachine and Confrontation collections. That was many years ago, and even then, the two of those weren't the majority of my collection. IIRC, it was a couple of grand - probably more.

So, today I set out to tidy my games room, since Spev is coming over on Sunday for some handbags at 20 paces (eldar vs eldar game :? ). Suffice to say that bugger all was done in the way of tidying, but hey! I done made a prototype corsair jetbiker! :D He's kinda...minimalist, but I'm not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing. Everything is just blu-tac'd together just now, so changes can be made. What do y'all think?

Today I rode out to Owari Asahi along the Horikawa, chatted to Voss over texts, worked on some Napoleonic figures and started on some DA models too.

Got some paint on my terrain.
@MIJ, nice bikes. Once I get my terrain finished and put away I'm going to start a couple Gorka Squata Bikaz. Need some good n' Mad Max-y ones with running boards and sidecars.

I startee painting my Manta tank for Judge dredd - highlighting panel lines is deeply boring - drybrushed the main hull colour on a Baneblade and cycled round the Cathkin Braes again.
