This morning I managed to grab about 45 minutes before work so I continued sticking together some Ashigaru for Hail Caesar. Got about 7/20 finished and the rest are halfway done. A couple more hours after work should see them ready for priming.

The students are all gone for the afternoon, 三者なんとか会議. So, I am in the art room happily chopping up styrofoam and illustration board for a Gorkamorkaforta! I'm trying to make it a little tidier and less spikey than a usual Fort. My Mob are a band of marooned Squats after all. Get back to that once I am done with my coffee.
@Prim- Ashigaru for Hail Caesar? Wow, I knew the Romans got around, but I never knew Julius Caesar faced off with Oda Nobunaga.
...and now his Head was full of nothing but Inchantments, Quarrels, Battles, Challenges, Wounds, Complaints, Amours, and abundance of Stuff and Impossibilities.....

Tonight I spent an hour working on a 2nd layer of paint for my Daemon Prince.

Edit: I also assembled two bikes.

Spent most of my free time today refining the presentation of army lists for Epic, with the scenario I've chosen for the event in mind. Whee!

Tonight I'll try to finish up the 10mm Middle-Earth dudes on my workbench and get my next batch of stuff primed up. Also have a couple scaled-down DZC buildings mounted to foamcore and ready to assemble.

I worked on the Daemon prince, working on some more layers of paint on the horns and such and then gave it a wash. Afterwards, I assembled 2 bikers.

I got a variable rate of 0.725% with the option of changing it to a fixed plan if I want to do so.
Location wise, so long as we can get all the paperwork signed and in place by the end of the month, I'll be moving to Kozoji near Kasugai city.
0.725? Bah. I thought I was doing well with 3.49% for five years :)

As for the car, I think yours came off lightly; Mine had the handbrake fail and ended up like this:

Finished up those elven archers and a couple epic-scale buildings. Going to put the orcs back on the back burner, since I'm actually almost done with the Evil army for Battle of 5 Armies and would like to get on with some of my "higher-priority" projects. The final DZC stuff only got half-primed before the weather went all thick and humid, so it looks like some line infantry for my Napoleonics is in order!

I primed my Defiler and bikes this morning, then set about (a bit late) for Badruck's place by bicycle. I was making great time when the rainstorm caught me and I ended up trying to wait it out in an underpass in Ichinomiya. Being near Futago station and reading the rain wasn't expected to let up until 11pm around Ichinomiya, I packed my bike and took the train back to Nagoya.

Then I set about painting this evening and made some headway with the Defiler.

Yesterday I did the red bits on another Trueborn (ooooh, they're just going on forever...) and today I did a bit of Arkham Asyluming. Almost done, I suspect - am fighting a giant mutant joker, at the mo.

In other news, Other Driver is being unhelpful. And a bit fickle, too. On Monday his insurance company called and said he had admitted 100% culpability. So we put our car in for repairs. Then today his insurers called again and said he'd changed his mind, and actually he thinks it was my fault again. Our insurer has said he is Odd, and recommended siccing the lawyers on him. Since the lawyers will be paid for by our insurance company and their use will not affect out future insurance costs, my wife and I see no reason to not sic em, and sic em good.

So, for the first time in my life, I can legitimately say "I'm sorry, you'll have to talk to my lawyer about that."

It's all quite exciting. And time consuming. And annoying

Release the hounds!

Even without the other guy being a lying whatsit, the lawyers will help get the other company to pay the correct amount.
E.g. After her accident, the other insurance company offered my wife all her medical costs plus nearly 1 million in compensation. As soon as the lawyers stepped in, they upped their offer by 50%. In the end, the final total was quite significantly more. Insurance companies are a bunch of thieving conmen it would seem.
