No hobby stuff this evening, cos I was transcribing an interview I did a while back for my uni course. I sound really Scottish when I listen to myself. I don't sound like that in my head, y'know...

I also made cookies. Lor' bless that Oliver lad. Ee's a gent and no mistake. Seriously though, I'd be lost at sea if not for JO's recipes online. These are his devil double malt and chocolate cookies or summat. With no malt, cos I'm in Japan and the odds of finding Horlicks or Maltesers are exactly bugger all. I subbed in macadamia nuts cos who doesn't like macadamias in cookies?

Dead easy to make, and I'd defo recommend em. Oddly, there's no sugar in them.*

*there is, however, an imperial butt-load** of chocolate and condensed milk, so don't nobody go accusing me of making healthy snacks. Perish the thought...

**this is the British equivalent of a metric fuck-ton, by the way

I kiiinda ordered more models for Advanced Space Crusade. Also cleaned up my painting table as a first step for getting back into at least a bit of a swing of things, painting-wise, after a month or more of not touching a brush.

Been puttering around playing Baldurs Gate 2.... Should take a break and get back to those Diggaz! Lots of inspiration recently. Was writing up an optional Skill chart for them for Gorkamorka. Might try and tidy that up this week and put it up on Yaktribe.

Today I primed my Bloodslaughterer and then enjoyed painting the daemon machine for a couple of hours.
