And this is why you should never, ever give Yellowstreak a preview of any secret projects you are working on, he will steal your ideas faster than you can say "Chapterhouse". At least acknowledge where you are plagiarising your ideas from you cheeky wotsit! He even used some of the same models as me.* :(

And now, before he can take credit for even more of my work, some WIP shots of my previously secret project.
Some traders of drugs and ammo and a few more gang members.

If you have played Fallout, you may recognise these two faces.

And one of the buildings I have been working on.

*@Yellowstreak - Just kidding, mate. :lol: :lol: :lol:
Ha! In my defence, there aren't that many good post-apoc minis out there - and none of yours are painted pink!
Although I do have some brother-vinni Fallout minis on the way to add more variety! :D
And I couldn't mention your secret project as I was sworn to secrecy, so I can't go and give you any credit now can I? :lol:
@Spev I'm picking up some buildings when I'm in the US next week for terrain, so once i'm all set up let's give "This is not a test" a go.

Nice one mate! :) I think I have 7 metal that need painting, too. I think it is the diamond pattern that is putting that project in hold.

After the upheaval of having to accomodate 4 new boxes of gaming stuff from the UK, the hobby room is nice and tidy now, cupboard coping, and the table is ready for some painting.. Parenting takes up more and more time these days, but I'm wondering if dashing off a single mini a day isn't a good idea. That would really add up. Of course, I might end up with 365 badly daubed monstrosities next September. Seems preferable to nothing though.

Inspired by this photo battle report I saw a few weeks back, but which still continues to get my juices flowing.
Easily one of the most exciting battle reps I've read. Like the blurb says, this is why we still play with toy soliders in a digital age.

My stuff from scotland (buildings etc) is still bagged up in a big box :( No time for anything other than workworkwork recently. Hell, I take it home and do it there, too, and still dont have anything like enough time to get it all done. I'll be glad when this week is done. It hath been most crappy so far :cry:

*edit* That was a good read, that batrep. Thanks for the linky :)

@Yellowstreak- two words- Romantically Apocalyptic

Bring some of those boys to the next Gorkamorka bash! They'd fit right in with the Orks, Squats, and Beastmen, and Amazons we have tearing around the desert at present.
...and now his Head was full of nothing but Inchantments, Quarrels, Battles, Challenges, Wounds, Complaints, Amours, and abundance of Stuff and Impossibilities.....

Cheers Prim. The mini is from Darksword Miniatures. I really liked the movement in the model.
