Them Scots and their Fajitas....

I had the morning off so I spent it typing up rules for the WFB campaign I want to run. :D
Draft copy will be up by the weekend I hope.

Cool.

I've been trying to get a unit of Eternal Guard painted up. So far, I have… two done.

The world's best fajita is the one I made on (insert date here)" but I am of the opinion that we all have our own personal World's Best Fajita, and today was mine. It contained chicken marinaded in lime juice, jalapeño Tabasco and various fajita typey herbs, refried beans, sour cream, home made salsa, home made guacamole, some fried onions and red peppers, finished off with some sliced jalapeños, and washed down with a can of beer, drunk from a glass out of respect for there being food involved. It was, in short, the World's Best Fajita. May it rest in peace.
:D
I made plans to invite myself over to MiJ's house for the next World's Best Fajita Day. Just now.
Me too, provided there is a plethora of fajitas.

Had my second wisdom tooth out today. Definitely not an experience I would recommend.
Last night I did manage to finish getting all the WFB campaign rules down, but there is a bit of todying up to do first.

I still havent quite finished lelith's eye makeup, or her tattoos (I just cant shake the mental image of one each of those runes tattooed on her ass-cheeks, and her talking in a dumb southern accent "ah laik ta call mah leyuft butt-cheek Charoi, and this here on the raight is Cadaith. They're both mahty pleased ta meetcha" flexflexflexflex) Once this mental image has cleared, I'll get on with the actual painting, but not before. The temptation is just too strong :D (It has a lot to do with how she's posed - a lot of her skin is in heavy shadow due to her leaning forward. The bum just kinda sticks out...)

Aaaaaaaaaanway. As sir Monty of Python once famously said: And now for something completely different...

This week, I have been mostly painting; maggoty worms

walk like an egyptian.... :?

As well as the worms, I also sculpted, cast and painted about 25 bases for the worms, plague ogryns and the cultists I hope to get from Rob in the fairly near future. I like casting my own bases - y'all should try it. Makes one feel terribly productive to be able to go from "ah heck, I done forgot that I ran out of bases last time I was painting nurglies" to "aaaaand done." in a day or so. (mould has to cure overnight, otherwise itd be faster...)

Wow, very good work MiJ. When I was first scrolling down the page and first caught a glimpse of the heads, the first (weird) thought crossing my mind was you were displaying some grisly bug-hunting work. They look very stunning. :)
