Humblest apologies for not posting for ages but things have not exactly been great of late so hobbies have taken a definite back seat. That said, as things have started to return to normality I have resumed the 'Forever War' i.e.'scaling the lead mountain'.
I now have a huge pile of Plastic Napoleonic French which will hopefully appear on a BP battlefield sometime next year. I plan to paint them up as Marshal Davout's 3rd Corps c1809, which will be the 3rd time and 3rd scale I have painted the same army!
I have also assembled and prepped my 1942, Bir Harkeim Free French.
Here are the first of many...
A section from the 1st Pacific Battalion (from France's colonies in New Caledonia and Tahiti)
And a 75mm QF Gun en Portee in the back of a Truck!
To parallel MIJ's post, I did some puttying, interspersed with Luke Cage, as my brain is not big enough to do two things at once. Show seems to be catching it's stride. gettin' into that groove brother, yo....yo? The brothers still say "Yo?" I am, as you know Konrad "Downtown" Brown, but my street is sadly out of date. Up to episode 6 myself.me_in_japan wrote:watched a bit of luke cage, and painted some shading on a tentacle. Dem tentacles are more time consuming than i had anticipated. Anyway. Painting and TV watching was done.
Not a very interesting update, I know. I hang my head in shame.
