What did you do today.

Well, with a little urging from my better half, I went through some of my boxes and shelves and filled 3 garbage bags with hobby stuff. Dried up paints, old sprues, broken models and stuff that I picked up cheap off ebay waaaayyy back, all gone.
Painting wise, I started on some Vikings and on my entry for the NagoyaHammer Painting Contest.
And on the non-hobby front, I watched the final episode of Black Sails as well as the first two episodes of Iron Fist. Good stuff.

i havent posted here much of late. no particular reason, just that my current hobby doings are rather dull assembly and prep. I got some ice dancers and oxfordian mages for mali, and also cleaned (and i mean washed), pinned and assembled 15 raging heroes minis for my next frostgrave warband. maaaan are those fiddly wee minis, but hopefully they shall look teh awesomes once painted up. And, like Prim, i also made a start on my painty comp entry. odds on finishing in time: poor.

Finished building my UCM Dropfleet army today. Spent a lot of time magnetizing the last two cruisers. Still need to get started painting.

Last week I was painting Vikings. I did 22 minis in 7 days.

Honestly, I'm not happy with how the shields came out. They were a lot different when I pictured them in my head, so I'm probably going to go back over them and repaint the designs on the front.

After a bit of a break, I got back to painting up my second Malifaux hause. Trouble with laser-etched detail is that it isn't really distinct enough for drybrushing, so I have to paint each individual shingle - base coat, light coat, highlight. Dullsville! But it'll look good once it's done, I s'pose.

Since my last post I've managed to finish this gentleman. Only took me about 9 months since I started it :O

I sold a whole bunch of old Kislev miniatures I had for north of 8万円, so am off to the interwebs look at other bits and pieces (terrain mostly...)

@TOD- I will quite seriously pay you rent to borrow those for my next Strange Aeons game. "4 bedroom, 2 bath, conveniently close to shopping, pine barrens and monolith. Sudden disappearance of previous owner means reasonable price."

I'm going to put the Digga Chicks off to the side for a spell and do this! The Yaktribe Bitz Box Challenge. Build something, anything, but you can only use stuff that's in your bitz box. Nothing new. Nothing you pop out of the original wrapper. The older the better I imagine.
