I had today off, so I pushed through and assembled a battalion of stormtroopers.

Some (bad) pics of the current status of my figure pile. Warpath mutants almost done. The paint job is kind of atrocious as I was not really inspired by them but wanted out of the way.

Today I painted a few plasma guns I needed to keep the painted troops wysiwyg. I finally have a fully painted, balanced 750pt force I can field, which feels nice.
(The 1500pt lists are plenty unpainted though. )

I finished up the two of five Skitarii I need to have done for my games tomorrow - the last 3 can wait a bit I guess. Tomorrow's task is to figure out which of two potential lists I like better!

I got to use my Mordheim Beastmen today; six games in all, against: Skaven (lost, two henchmen dead and replaced), Undead (lost, two henchmen dead, one became a hero), Possessed (lost), Witch Hunters (lost, but managed to hire a Minotaur), Possessed again (won, hired two more henchmen and another hero) and finally Dwarves (lost, my Shaman died, but I managed to replace him). 8 solid hours of quality gaming.
Before that, I saw a Starfleet Captain, a Stormtrooper of the Galactic Empire, and a Trandoshan in the uniform of a Rebel Alliance X-Wing pilot in Haymarket station.

I started work on one of my basilisks.
I decided to go for a slightly less cartoony color scheme this time around. I might redo the tanks at some point too, though I do like their sawtooth pattern.

Pffft Dekana, working on your army is so last edition . I've decided that tho I don't know if I have a legal list for Nagoyahammer painted I should procrastinate with a different project instead. Behold the Mishimatronic Tower!
