@mij - I think a handful of beeeyootiful elves (the glowing eyes on that guy wtf) are at least equal to a speed-painted box of gaming pieces. :D It's all where you put your focus, innit?

Also I'm still in a painting doldrums, but on the other hand I have been (appropriately enough, given the game's themes) obsessively playing a little indie mobile game called Cultist Simulator, where you try and figure out how to build and use a Lovecraftian elder gods cult to transcent humanity and such.

You should give "Strange Aeons" a try one of these days. It's death + insanity + a d6 damage fun!

Yesterday I finished another mini. Another one! I know! Blimey!

Stormsire of Curserbreakery fame. I was tired and went and did the skin the same as I've been doing on the BB elves I've been doing recently, which tbh looks rather over saturated and pink compared with the other colours on the mini. In another life I'd've done it more muted and beige-y, but never mind. He'll do.

@M_i_J - Nice work. I think the skin colour looks ok. If anyone complains just tell them that it's because he is wizard with a reincarnated soul inside a body created to fight chaos by the will of a god who was originally a mortal 1000s of years ago in a different dimension. It'll all make sense after that.

Yesterday I undercoated some last minute reinforcements for NagoyaHammer. Not sure if I will be able to finish them all, but I'll try.

@mij - Love 'em! A nice desaturated color pallete is always a lovely thing.

Hopefully getting back in the swing of things, I painted up a couple of squigs for the goblin Shadespire warband tonight.

Finished up the three rank-and-filers for the Gitz last night - just 4 more models and they'll be done. Maybe even in time to try them out against mij at NagoyaHammer, although I don't want to get ahead of myself.

This morning I put the finishing touches on my forces for NagoyaHammer. Now I just have to hope that the glue dries in time. :D

After taking a break from everything hobby related yesterday, I spent today beginning to put everything I took to NagoyaHammer back in it's proper place. I also found a little time to start making use of some bits I picked up and watched the first two episodes of Cobra Kai Season 2. :D
