Today I spent about 3 hours in the pool, ate a load of spicy Thai food, squeezed in a trip to BurgerKing, drank a load of Thai beer, and watched last year's Champion League final and the Avengers on BluRay.

I spent the day on an airplane. Now I'm waiting for another airplane.

It seems like ive accomplished nothing hobby worthy, but the deceiving part is that I bought Game of Thrones on iBook and finished a good part of it. Wonderfully written book. Actually it is surprising how faithful the HBO series is with exceptions to a few details.

Last night I watched The Fellowship of the Ring on the telly. Today, I assembled and undercoated that Balrog that's been at the bottom of the miniatures pile for a decade. I'm so easily influenced.

And now he's nearly finished. Just need to varnish him and do the base.

Yon's a nice balrog, indeed. I like the black as it sets off the fire very effectively. No mucking about with red highlights or stuff like that. Sauron is very shiny looking, too.

Spent today playing Battletech. Despite some terrible dice rolling on my part I managed to pull a draw, though that was mainly due to time constraints rather than anything else. Still, I am getting the hang of the rules now.

Have fun kb. Malaysia is so nice. I've been there so many times and love place plus it's people. If it wasn't so hot year round, I would have moved there years ago.
