I have almost build all of my Tomb Kings now but I need sand and glue for the bases.

Where do I find PVA glue and sand (Aquarium or Chincilla)?

Glue you can get in any convenience store - Bondo in the yellow bottle is what I use, and it works fine. Less sure about sand, as I brought mine from home with me. I'm sure the model train section in Joshin has a wide variety of sands to choose from, and if not you could always just take a tupperware down to the local elementary school playground.

the white glue you get in the hardware store for 1000yen for about a litre is fine. Big yellow tub/bottle depending on size. Red lid.

Sand, I got at the beach. (I live 10 mins from the beach. Not a nice beach, mind you, but theres plenty of sand, thats for sure.) Its possible I could bring some to Fort Spevna at the weekend and pass it on to someone who's going to the nagoya game for you? Not sure, though.

I need more direction than that, I do not know where there is any hardware store in Nagoya.

You should try Kahma Home Center.
Here's a map.

They will have most stuff you need.
Come out of the Higashi Betsuin subway station ticket gates. (its on the purple line, heading towards kanayama). Walk past the vending machines and turn right. Go up the stairs and as you go outside you will see a hotel on your left. Walk straight forward and go down the hill. You'll pass a convenience store on your right (circle K I believe). Keep going and you'll come to a Lawson store. Just past that you'll come to a cross-roads and a bridge. Turn right here and walk alongside the river. At the next intersection go straight and walk under the railway line. You'll see kahma on your left after a minute or two. Its a very big place so you shouldnt miss it.

For Glue:

I recommend either of these two...

or

You can usually find oneor the other at the convenience store or supermarket. The Yellow one dries faster.

Sand:

Joshin has sand for model railroad layouts on the fourth floor. Tokyu Hands in Sakae or Nagoya Station probably has some too. It's expensive(-ish) for what you get but looks nice. For larger volumes at a cheaper price you'll have to venture to Kahma as Prim suggests.

Is there a building site near you? I've been using sand pinched from the bag of builders' sand in my dad's shed. I'm sure you could acquire a tubful from a building site or the like.

Or at a junior high school athletic field, that' where I got mine :D . But then I work at the said junior high school. Jumping over the fence at the local elementary school to collect sand is a pretty good way to learn the intimate details of Japanese police methods.
I can just see the headlines....

If that fails then there is always the public park. Most have a sand box that may or may not be tainted with urin.
