I'd like to get a few more foam trays to store my IG out of the way, last time I went ahead and carved some foam sheets I got but without a heated carving knife it was too much fuzz.

Anybody knows where I can get some precut foam trays at a cheap price in Japan? Any place you gentlemen have tried and are happy with the service?

PS: A secondary option would be a place to get a heat knife for cheap and carve like crazy but don't know if it would be that cheap after adding the cost of the foam.

Or you could always go eggcrate, I think this stuff can be gotten pretty easily at just about any hobby store. If not, then I can check here for you (on base) and see what it would run you. My buddy used to do this for his fantasy army and a plastic tote.

Battlefoam gets my vote too. Pricey, but v good. If you can wait for one of their (rare) sales you can save a fair whack. They do one on Black Friday, and one other one too. Canny mind when, tho...

Or you can use KR multicase. They do custom cut trays and don't charge anywhere near as much as Battlefoam.

Well was hoping to get one at a reasonable price for Nagoyahammer. I have to carry over 120 IG+support there.

I can also recommend KR. Their common trays are pretty good value compared to Battlefoam and they also do custom foam for tanks, aircraft etc.
