Skin and its multifarious variation

I was puttering around this evening looking for info about painting Japanese skin (due to my next mini after Colette being an Oiran and me wanting to try some different skin tones to the usual Caucasian) and I happened upon this rather excellent piece from 2004. Thought I might linky here because hey, we all paint skin at some point and variation is a fine thing.
