Well, its the middle of April and we still dont have a WIP thread yet. I guess a lot of folks are busy with other things or secret projects for NagoyaHammer so no-one has posted much in the way of recent work.
To avoid burning out on my NH stuff I have been doing a few bits and pieces to distract me and here they are.
First off, a special character for my newly purchased game of Dust Tactics.

And next up, an Ordo Xenos Deathwatch Kill Team I put together from bits and pieces.
From left to right we have a Blood Angel, a Dark Angel and a Black Templar.

And here is the rest of the team, an Ultramarine and a Space Wolf.

Prim, I really like that kill team, are there any rules for them to use them in a game?
I have mostly been working on my centerpiece which I posted some pics of earlier, but they were really bad so hopefully these turn out better.
This model, being probably the heaviest piece I have handled so far has been a pain to pin and assemble, mostly because my last 2 drillbits snapped while at it. But the better it felt when it was all done.

Not officially. There used to be a list on White Dwarf a long time ago, but it is very out of date. There are some unofficial lists around.
I just fancied making something cool.

And cool they are!
This is what I have been working on for the last 2 days.
First up are my very generic space marine looking Grey Hunters with a Wolf Guard, I need some advice on what I can do to make these guys look more like abandoned space wolves, I don't have any space wolves bits yet though. They were assembled from the generic marine tactical squad box.
Next up are the wolves in my retinue, these come from the Vampire Counts Dire Wolves box. The reason I chose dire wolves is because I am playing a "lost company" of space wolves so these wolves have fought many battles and are therefore heavily cybernetically enginereed in order to survive all the battles fought and injuries sustained. The bone parts will be painted in metal etc. to get that look on them.

As and when you can, mix in some Space Wolf parts and maybe some Chaos Space Marine parts as well.
