I will be there for izakaya and 40K, or 40K and izakaya. Either combination works for me. I am happy with whichever one allows me to team up with MiJ again, and give my SAG Big meks a second chance ;)

Hopefully I will be gainfully employed in a more flexible job by May so there's a chance of attending, I will try to fit around what ever is eventually decided.

Ah! Golden Week is Sat/Sun/Mon/Tue....dmmnit..... My job is no where near as draconian as MIJ, but it would be a bit, "Ha, ha, look at me! The ALT! Foot-loose and fancy free....in YOUR FACE...." if I took an actual, "No, not going to the hospital, no one died, just want to play." holiday the day before Golden week.
I'll be there for sure Saturday and will be happy to play anyone just about anything.

Saturday gaming is cool with me. I'll be jumping from Kobe on the train and then back anyways.

Ok, that makes two regulars who can't make the Friday and a couple of votes of either day is ok. I think we might be switching the days round then....

After giving this some thought, we will be switching the days around. The main event, the 40K Task Force games will take place on the Saturday. This should allow for the most people possible to take part.

The Friday will be open 40K tables as usual. If people want to organise their own games then that is fine, just let me know if you want to book a table.
As for myself, having seen the feedback in the Day 2 thread, it appears that there is a lot of demand for Bolt Action, so rather than run a demo game, I will try to get more terrain made and we will have an Axis Vs. Allies Bolt Action mini-event. I will post up details later, but I think a 750 point game should be doable. Assuming we get enough players with enough variety of forces I'd like to pair people off based on Axis lists and Allies lists. (E.g. armies taken from the Germany, Italy and Japanese books will make up the Axis side, Britain, America, Russia and the French books will make up the Allies). Players are free to play a mix of 40K and BA throughout the day.

Thoughts, feedback and questions are welcome as always.

Thanks, stu :) Moving the 40k event to the Saturday is a big help :) *doffs cap in Prim's direction* Cheers, guv'nor - yer a toff :)

Btw, I will endeavor to make it up on the Friday night so I can join in any drinking shenanigans. If the izakaya is going to be on the Saturday, then I'll stay that night instead.
