Hmmm. The late slot for 'Shadows over Camelot.'. Not sure If I can stick around to 9:00pm. Is there anyway to re-arrange this (Prim, Spev, Grim et al)?

If Spev and Grim dont mind a slight reshuffling then there are no problems with this. What time is everyone else planning to stay till?

@Prim: Are the other tables all full yet with warmahordes, malifaux etc?

Malifux and Warmahordes will be pick up games so there aren't any 'full' tables yet. You will definitely get 1 for FoW and if you have 4 players you can have 2.
The tables will be 4' by 4' though, so dont bring full Russian Infantry Companies.

Ill be there to play Warmahordes and Mali. I havent arranged any specific games againtst people on the assumption that there will be enough players of these games to ensure that pick up games will always be viable. Is this right, or should I be PMing folks?

Probably late afternoon, but it really depends on how long people are willing to stay till.

I'd also like to try out some of those juicy RPGs that people have got planned.

So far the ONLY rpg on offer is ToD's Gamma World. Everything else is board games.

There should be a few players ready and willing to play games. I will be there with several crews and a mob of big warjacks all day.

Well, you could try reading this thread where everyone who is going has said so. Or you could try the thread with the list of people playing the participation games.

With a great many apologies to everyone, it looks like some of the participation games will be cancelled, specifically Fragorama.

Mate, I am really sorry but I won't be able to make it on the 30th.
Something work related has popped up and the 30th is the only day I can do it. Once of my students is moving to Tokyo for a job with an investment firm. He needs my help to go over some English stuff before he leaves and the 30th is the only possible day
I am sorry if this has left you in the lurch, I really did want to be there.
