Go up the front steps and into the building. There is a TV screen showing the room usage, but basically turn left and go up the stairs past the coffee shop. At the top turn left and go along the corridor. We're in the room on the right.

I'll be wandering around looking for stragglers so dont worry.

Get off at Kanayama station JR or Meitetsu.
Go out of North Exit, turn right. Go past Mr. Donuts and turn left at the Pachinko Parlor. Go across the street, past Dennys and the UFJ. Keep going straight across the intersection past Mini-stop. The hall is the HUGE building on your left.
