Hey guys,
At the NagoyaHammer event in GW, Pikey and Badruck helped get a lot of stuff moved up and into the gaming rooms ready to play. However, Badruck isnt coming until later in the day and Pikey isnt driving this time round. I'm hoping to bring all the stuff over by taxi this coming sunday, but I'd like to ask for some volunteers to help unpack the boxes and set up the tables.
If anybody can be at the venue at or just before 9am to help out it would be greatly appreciated. If anyone is planning on getting to Kanayama before 8:30 and is willing to help get stuff from my apartment to the venue, then they will have my undying gratitude.

I know the roads are usually busy as heck during Obon season, so anyone who is planning on driving should make sure they allow plenty of time to get here.
I have ONE free parking ticket if anyone needs it. This is offered on a first come, first served basis, so PM me if you want it. Parking at the venue is otherwise unavailable. There are some cheap carparks (800 yen for the day) about 10-15 minutes away so I can give you directions if you need them, but they usually fill up quickly.

getting to the venue for 9:00 would mean getting up hellaciously early, but if no-one else is available, I'll help you out. Consider me as plan B, though, onegai shimasu.

I can make it there pretty early (if I wake up on time) but 8:30am might be pushing it a little. I will see what I can do though.

The wife is planning to go out with friends and needs the car for sunday. But if her plans fall through, I will bring my car and help get the stuff to the venue. I could also drive someone else's car if the only reason you (Primarch) is because of license issues.

Either way I will make sure that I am at the venue before 9:00 am and help you get set up. Which works well with my plans of world domination, as I will place all the terrain so that it benefits me. So you will see plenty of well-placed, ill-tempered sea bass with laser beams on their heads .

I can't walk very far at the moment, so if all we do is get the stuff from the taxi and bring it inside and unpack/setup, then I'm your man.

It looks like Pikey will be around at 8:30 am to help me load up the taxi. Anyone who wants to help out at the venue, just show up at 9am. There shouldnt be much to do as, unless some Japanese players show up that I am not expecting, there will only be 6 or 7 players.

I might be around on time to help depending how many times I get lost on the way from Toyoake. See you guys tomorrow.
