The NagoyaHammer 2010 event was a big success with 22 players from all over Japan playing 5 games over two days. Pictures of the event are here. http://viewmorepics.myspace.com/index.c ... Id=1077222

Badruck - You talk the (unintelligible) talk, but can you walk the walk? :)
I think we locals need to start a league so we know who's the real top dog.

we should and there is just the site to do so but that would require more tournaments I will set some up and even a an FB tournament just so the PIKE has a Chance to be on top for a change...

A fantasy game would be good. But also more friendly events as well. I'm enjoying the Badab campaign and am looking forward to doing the 30k.

I dunno if we really need an ongoing tourney. Once or twice a year is fine, but we all play the same people all the time anyway, so we kinda know who the better players are already, janai?

The whole point of having a Nagoyahammer Events board is to set up and run the following.

NagoyaHammer - Golden Week - Fun, relaxed (or maybe not) games of 40k following some kind of theme or mini-campaign.
O-Bomb - Summer - 40k tournament
Fall War - Autumn - Fantasy tournament
Winter Blitz - Free play and fun participation games.

Trust me, there will be tournaments and rankings and all sorts of fun.

Primarch has a plan.
