NagoyaHammer: The Izakaya
Posted: Wed Apr 06, 2011 2:15 am
Hey folks.
It has been suggested that after the first day of NagoyaHammer that we pop along to an Izakaya and get some food/drink and relax.
I'll try and book a room at a big chain Izakaya and get a course menu, but I'd like to get some ballpark figures as for numbers and roughly how much you'd be willing to spend.
The event finishes at 9-9:30ish and most courses run for about 2 hours, so for those of you who live some distance away you may want to consider business hotels in the area if you want to stay for food/drinks.
Some rules.
This will be a friendly night's eating and drinking. There will be NO drinking tournament and NO competitive eating. Anyone who violates these rules will be slapped with a powerfist (-5 geek points if you dont get the reference).
Family are welcome if you want to bring your better halves. There will probably be a lot of nerd talk about the day's games, so warn them in advance.
If you're interested, please post below.
Cheers
