Interesting and scary. Particularly the fact there's no visible beam you might expect after watching so much sci-fi. And of course they need more skulls.

There was recently a vote at the UN to ban the weaponization of satellites.
America was one of two countries to vote against it.

What grabbed my attention is that the article quotes some official saying how cheap it is to use, like dollars a shot. Human life gets just a little cheaper.
