Yes.
Though he did have a couple of items from the new Japanese mini game Battlebreak. His shop really isnt big enough for him to carry any other product lines. Perhaps if it takes off, he may expand in the future, who knows? Anyway, GW minis are the only ones that you can't get much cheaper from overseas anyway.

I went there a few Sundays ago, and it wasn't open; also, it was kind of hard to find; I couldn't see any signs or anything.

Maybe he could post on this site which weekends he'll be open? I guess a lot of his business is probably from people here.

Next time I speak to him I'll ask him about that. As the shop isnt his real job, he also has to fit the regular weekend stuff in alongside it. I know he's going up to Tokyo this weekend for some event at GW there, so the shop will be closed.
When I spoke to him the other day, he said he had had a few new customers coming in, but a lot of his customers were Japanese. I dont think many of this site's members actually go there, just the Nagoya-locals.

Oh, I should post. I was at his place yesterday (Fri.). I ordered some stuff at 30-40% off. His books are right now 35% off. And all those things apply to his items on sale, too.
In addition, he's extending his sale to next Friday!!! :D

BUT, he won't be here this weekend, according to him. He told me he's up in Tokyo for the Armies on Parade event.

Whereabouts is his shop guys?

Opposite Joshin I know, but some indicated it was a little tough to find.

Cheers :D

It is just past the 7-11. You've got to look for a stairwell going down to a basement floor. Then go down the hall, past a bubble tea stand, a goth store and I think a tatoo parlor and massage store. Towards the end on the left side is Ikeda's place. It is small, so don't miss it.

Edit: Left side, not right side.

Hey, guys, one more day (Sun., 8/14) for Ikeda-san's sale. 30-40% off GW goods. And you can order stuff, too.

So, I went in today and GW is apparently putting the screws on small retailers like Ikeda, too. He apparently can't sell me the Hammerers' boxes because they've been reserved for direct order only. I really can't figure GW's policy, sometimes. I mean, do they want to push out independent gaming stores, too? I think it is a rotten deal for Ikeda, still, I hope to order as much through him as possible.

I wouldn't be at all surprised if GW does want to push out independent retailers - cut out the middle-man, less overhead, therefore more profit, all that good stuff. It's just that the strategy was devised at the company HQ in Britain, where GW stores - sorry, "hobby centres" - are thick on the ground: "If we make it hard for independent retailers to sell something, folks will just pop over to the nearest GW Hobby Centre, at least one of which exists in every major metropolitan area!" Then you get to a place like Japan, where there are exactly two GW stores, both in Tokyo, and people are basically SOL.
