With a wide range of pre-painted terrain, 4Ground are one of the bigger mdf terrain companies around. This year they are offering a 10% discount. I believe they also knock the tax off their models (working out at around 16.6% discount) and offer free shipping on larger orders, so if you want to fill a table, give them a look.

KR's merchandise is nice but their website and store is a steaming pile that really makes me not want to buy anything from them ever again.
