Hajimemashite yoroshiku onegaishimasu!
Hi I moved here in april from england and I just found the forum , I've been collecting Warhammer since i was 11 Im not really a player but i am a builder and painter and i love orcs and demons most of all ( i even brought an emergency beast boss with me )40k is my main game but i picked up some of the first edition Warhammer roleplaying games last year out of curiosity and im fascinated with the realms of chaos system.
My main talent is in conversions and i was starting to get the hang of airbrushing before i moved here , id love to meet some people and find out where the best spots around nagoya are for warhammer and minis , as i live in Higashiyama Koen I can get to sakae and osu pretty easily but i dont know many other spots
im study japanese but im still pretty bad at it , (i havent passed JLPT N% yet but i hopefully will next month) so please bare with me.
I hope to get to know some of you better
Kind Regards
TirNaNog

Welcome! Feel free to drop by a game day to chat, have a demo game if you're keen and look at models (though not mine, please avert your eyes from my shame) - we'd all love to meet you.
Also feel free to post any pics of those conversions

Welcome to NagoyaHammer!
40K tends to be on the menu at every gaming day, so you should be able to find opponents easily.
Feel free to post anywhere in the forum. Most of the painting/conversion stuff gets posted in the What Did You Do Today mega-thread.
Kind regards,
Prim, aka Stuart.

Howdy howdy, good to have you with us.
Like yourself, I'm more into the painty/modelling side of things, although I do have (checks on fingers...) 4 warhammer 40k armies, plus one for each of my 2 kids, plus minis for like a bajillion other game systems, so, yeah, hmmn...
Anyway, aye - your best bet is to go along to one of the monthly game event days (which, sadly, I rarely make it to - I'm in Mie, and it's a right hoof to get up to Nagoya on the weekend. But I do get up there from time to time

) Also, as Prim so wisely said, it'd be worth your time to take a look at the what did you do today thread, as it's where we tend to post our WIP and stuff like that.
So, hopefully I'll get the opportunity to say hi in person some time, but for now, welcome to the forums
- MiJ (I'm Dave, btw. From Glasgow, as it happens. There's another Dave here, but he goes by The Other Dave, so it's easy to tell us apart

)

Welcome to Naghammer. I have fond memories of WFRP and those off-the-wall Realms of Chaos books. I do love me a d66 chart! and some Old School Old World Warhammer

I have been on a bit of a hiatus hobby wise, but I too love converting and painting probably as much as actually playing. You can probably find pics of my stuff if you do a search through my posts. Looking forward to meeting you and getting a look at your toys.
