When will they learn?

Post by Primarch_Vanguard » Sat Apr 06, 2013 2:42 pm

Had it out with the police again today. My soon to be ex had coerced my daughter into saying she didn't want to go out with me today. Isn't it odd a 6 yr old girl stands up to leave with you but her mother says, be strong, tell him and my daughter says, ikutskunai. I haven't said we are going anywhere or anything, just good morning. Seem strange to you. Yeah. So I said lets go. We had plans for today and had many children coming to my friends house for a party.vmy daughter knew this already and last Wednesday said she was excited about it. Thus I called the police as usual. My lawyer had already informed them I would have my daughter on Saturday but they refused to reply. And the police come and the harassment starts. Not of my daughters mother, but of me. When will they learn who is the strongest? I made them stand in the rain for three hours because they wouldn't let me in my house or near my daughter because of the lies the mother spreads. I have court documents stating my daughter and I have a healthy relationship. But in japan, we all know, racism runs rampant. I don't tolerate shit from Anyone. Get in my way and find out like the police. The Yokkaichi police had to formally apologize to me years ago and I have a written document from that. And my lawsuit against the Inabe police starts this week. So they stood there in the rain, thinking I'd back down. One hour. 2.3.4 and there knees were knocking and they started coughing. I warned them. I train every day, eat only twice a day and come from the frozen tundra. They try good cop, bad cop, stupid cop but realize im not a stupid japanese person who is easily fooled. They must have heard the shouting miles away. Finally they gave up and get my wife to give me what I want. 4 hours standing and i was smiling. Plus I videod everything and I have the police breaking the law. Thus the lawsuit my lawyer has already started has the proof it needs. the police have physically harassed me twice. I could hear them chatting about how smart I am and that I know the law and that I had them on video. Evil can not exist freely anymore. The power of the mobile phone camera! Watch YouTube for the videos to be posted this week. Spread the word. Japans oppression of foreigners is starting to end. More and more videos are being posted and the Japanese people will have to answer for their crimes. Don't ever let them walk on you. Never back down!

Flipping eck. You sound like you have a lot going on there.
One thing I've learnt the hard way is if you go against the system or the way things are run here life can be very tough especially if like me you lack the language skills. It sounded like you stood your ground without resorting to violence (which I probably would have) so well done.
Ten won a court case earlier this year about work related stuff, MiJ got his permanent residence and I recently blasted a teachers room that treated me like crap last year with run to the hills by Maiden so it seems gaijin power is healthy.
Well done mate. I hope you can calm down and get through this tough time. If its any consolation disputes about access are always tough in any country and usually the mother will try and get her way. It doesn't help that we have cultural barriers and language to deal with as well.
If it had been me I doubt I would have been as patient and probably have given up if my wife insisted on me not seeing him. Respect. I pray you and your ex can find a compromise later down the line and don't have to involve the police further.
It's funny I reported my bike was vandalised not long ago and had a hell of a time convincing them. Completely not the same level but I hear you.
Police though mate, be careful. They have the law at their disposal. Keep clear if you can. Peace. :)

@ashmie. Isn't that a crock!? You have your bike vandalized and no one believes you. My ex calls the police for some bs rap and half the station shows up. I call and they don't want to come. I have to threaten violence and then the cops come but of course for the wrong reason and after the wrong person. And I have never met such stupid cops in my life. They never use their heads at all. I told off the detective in Japanese. How he can be a detective is beyond me. Couldn't find his ass on a shitter! Every time they said something, I would counter it with truth that they couldn't counter. Then they do like the children they are here, just steam and say, this is Nihon. Then I tell them how America beat them in the war and they are lucky we let them keep their land. The detective yelled at me to speak Japanese because I would switch back and forth. At that point I got right in his face and yelled English! English! English! And did a dance. Lol. I wish someone had been taping it. Even the other cops snickered. I've been at war with the whole neighborhood for three years since my divorce proceedings started. And before that in Yokkaichi, tsu and Ise. Seen so many cop stations and had them apologize many times. The police here have no knowledge of the law or simply bend it because they think most people don't know it. But one of the first things I did when arriving in japan was to read an English version of the important laws to know here. This week when we file suit, the government is gonna have to pay attention because the Canadian officials will be calling as well. I told the detective he'd be kissing my shoe. Soon, very soon.

Jesus. Stay cool buddy. Are you thinking of staying long term or will you move back to Canada someday. I mean, I've had tough situations before but nothing like that. It is worth your mentality to go through all that. Give yourself a break if it's doing your head in. Usually in England similar to Japan the wife has access if she is of sound body and mind and the Dad fits in on weekends if it's agreed on, legally or mutually. Anyway, different countries and different cultures of course. Take it easy on yourself man, I hope it works out.

Forgive me Sir. Coming to this cold and not really knowing your full situation I talked with my other half. If you have legal proof and all that you can inform your lawyer of these instances and they can sort it out for you on your behalf so you can avoid personal feuding with family and showdowns with the police. I'm sure you have been doing that or are currently. I'm no expert on these matters so that's the best advice I can offer for now. Good luck , thinking of you at this tough time.

Cops suck Japanese or otherwise my uncle was a cop and he was so rude to my friends.. My brother is a cop and let's just say he is not on my Christmas list. Cops are just bullies that grew up and got badges so they could get paid for being jerks.

I can't relax. Not when my beautiful 6 year old girl is at stake. As I told her mother, only a bullet is gonnastop me coming for justice.
And look what happened today! I go to my daughters entrance ceremony at school only to find that the school officials I visited with last week had lied to me. They had changed my daughters name. I fucking lost it. They almost had to cancel the whole school ceremony. They have started he war now. They blatant tried and I have them in video today admitting to such. I was at the school board today. Tomorrow is the next branch and next week is the head of mie ken answering to me about the racism in mie. My lawsuit against the police is going ahead and possibly against the school board now. For evil to flourish, good people must do nothing. Never. I used to fit men in Korea that were abusing women in the street. As I told the school today, there is no trust between us anymore, I will be taking my daughter out of your school ASAP. I told the f ing ex the same. If you had come to me beforehand, we could have made sme agreement but not now. It's all out war. And this is not the first time. I have had the city hall lie about not having documents I needed until my lawyer called them. Then it was bow, bow, bow. They think that makes it okay. Thus I make them sign a document as to why they didn't do it. Ne'er let them off with that gomensai bullshit. It's just another lie. I fought racism in korea and I'm not going to let it go here either. Saying its the way it is here is what every dictatorship has used to justify horrendous acts through out time. Japan is just another one.

Good luck man. I hope you can resolve things legally rather than having to get angry and do it all yourself.
I know you mean well for your family but take it from me if you get angry and kick off at every opportunity (ask any of the guys on here about my hobby related tantrums) people will just keep walking away.
Forget about racism, ignorance and prejudice the point I would focus on now is how to go about getting your point across and the justice deserved. This is just advice do feel free to ignore it.
If you approach these troubles calmy but firmly with all the cultural bowing around the houses etc then it may work a little more in your favour. This isn't Europe or the States or even Canada unfortunately. Sounding off and letting rip gets us heard back home but here it works against us. Please be calm but don't give up.
Think of you daughters feelings in that ceremony also, she has to get through all that too and its a nervous day.
Yes, the schools messed up big time. But I'm guessing there was some conflict there and maybe they were trying to please all parties and followed the mothers decision? I don't know, only you know the truth.
I'd love to help you more but there is only so much I can offer in a forum post. One thing I can say is war is never the solution social or politically. Please be Ben Kinobi in all this and find an alternative to fighting. It's a boring alternative sure but you might be surprised about the progress made for you and your daughter.
Feel free to PM me if you need further support.
Take a moment to be calm buddy before you proceed with your battles.
