Hmm. [KR Case Woes]

So I ordered a KR case, in their "610" line that they say is specifically designed for 6mm and 10mm miniatures. Right up my alley, right?
But in actuality the trays are so shallow that even my 6mm cavalry doesn't fit, and the banners on the 6mm napoleonics, let alone anything 10mm with spears, isn't going to fit a'tall. Bother.

Email them with a picture of your minis in the case and complain. Can't hurt.

True enough, and I did. My only option may be sending the case back in exchange for another, I suppose.

When I put minis in my case, they lie flat and all of them fit ok. (well, except for Tyranids, but then they never fit in anything anyway).
