Hey, if anyone ends up with an extra starter set rulebook after all the wheeling and dealing and trading, let me know. That's all I need out of it.

Can anyone tell me whether the Hellbrute IS a Chaos Dreadnought, or a completely new unit? I don`t need anymore Chaos dreads, but if it`s a completely new unit, I might consider buying it.

I thiiiink it's a new unit, although I also hear tell that while the fluff describes them as pictured, there's a bit in there that allows players to use a standard CSM dread model, so I'm not sure. Meh - there's no rush. You can wait and see how the codex looks before you commit, no?

Whatever it is, it will make your old CSM Dreads obsolete, so you'd better buy 5!

AFAIK It's just a new name for a Chaos Dreadnought. That's what the interwebs would have us believe anyway. It certainly looks like one IMHO. Hopefully the rules for it won't suck.

By the way, what would an Emo marine/Team Edward fanboy want with Chaos dread? :D

Mike the Pike, was that comment directed at me? :D I have about 5000 points of Blood Angels (not including a titan). I have about 9000 points of Night Lords (including two FW dreads). So, I`m thinking about whether to get the box set to add to me Chaos Marines.Looking at the pic of the Hellbrute, it does look like it could be just a name change...or possibly a new unit. Guess we`ll just have to wait and see.

P.S. And how can an Eldar player refere to anyone else`s army as "emo"? Eldar are pretty much the definition of emo. Emodar, that`s what they should be called.

@Danquinius: 9,000pts of Night Lords, eh? Aren't they the ones that shun sunlight, all dark and brooding etc etc Sound pretty emo to me :D

You do realize that Eldar are my third choice army, don't you? A while back I put down 12,000pts of Chaos Marines against Prim and could probably do quite a few more now. Next month will be like Christmas and my Birthday all rolled up in one. New toys galore. Return to flavour of the month status. It's gonna be awesome!

Well, Night Haunter was probably a bit of an emo Primarch, but not nearly as bad as Lorgar, Magnus or especially Fulgrim (purple? What?) - the definition of emo! BTW, which Chaos Marine army do you play, Mike the Pike?

I`ve heard from several places that the Hellbrute is just a renaming of the unit formerly known as a Chaos Dreadnought. So, no need to buy five of them! Phew!
