The GW staff in the Jinbocho store is aware of at least the existence of the Nagoyahammer community.

I actually got into the hobby because on my last trip to Tokyo I randomly wandered into the GW store and the staff told me that there were people playing in Nagoya called, if I recall correctly, "The Nagoya Hammers." That led me to this forum and to a large investment in plastic toy dolls.

Before we get any more crazy conspiracy theories floating around, GW in Tokyo know about this site because I told them. Back when I organised the first NagoyaHammer event I discussed it with the guy running GW Japan at that time. (Dunno if he is still around or not) and sent some information about the event and our group. :D

The Nagoya Hammered is more like it, judging from how often bourbon seems to come up…
