Nob as a basis, some crazy glueing. I think the actual bases are 40mm though.

The price, 46 bucks US for one according to BOLS..........no way am I spending 150 bucks to build a battery.
The rules are leaked and out and about.
The summary, standard Kannon/ Lobbaz got a drop in points (2) ooooh. So 18pts get you your standard Ork artillery. You can add crew for 3pts apiece. Add one Ammo runt for +3 too.
Add +12 pts for the Bubble/Smasha/Traktor/Kustum Mega Kannonz.
The tractor kannon is certainly interesting- R36 S8 AP3 H1 Skyfire and a special rule that if it scores a glancing or pen hit on a zooming flyer it scores an immobilized result in addition to any other effects. Swooping Monstrous Creatures take a -3 LD on their "slapped out of the air like a bug hitting a windshield" test. Correct me if I'm wrong but for flyers, "immobilized" pretty much means "smoking crater" right?
The Bubble Chukka is same range, L burst d6 S and Ap. You roll the same die for both...... S6 AP6, S1 AP1...go figure. A gun that will never quite kill what you need it to kill.
Smasha- ooooooh. Same range S4+d6 H1 AP 1!!!!!
Kustom. Same range S8 AP2 H1 Blast, Gets hot- a more predictable Zaaap gun, (with a blast!)
Da Boyz is getting some real support now.
Of course the huge silhouette, is like, "shoot me please". Hope that Aegis line is tall enough!

I asked him to look up to look up the price of a battlwagon as I was considering getting one. That made him laugh too.
