I've had a quick look over a few of the FAQs. The CSM Heldrake no longer has a turret, it's guns are hull mounted now. A small nerf but it's still a good flyer. Broodlords now have the potential to get Synapse. All Daemon psykers get access to the daemonology powers. D Weapons now use the core rulebook rules, not the Apocalypse rules, which tones them down a little I think.
