I can see the garden getting a lot of action from gamers who break it into its constituent bitz and stick em on bases, or just bits and bobs of terrain. The gheist thingy is very nice, actually - imo the best of the new monsters. The ghoul on top is good, too.

I think the garden is actually a set of terrain rather than a single piece, though I could be wrong.
The gheist looks way better than the actual dragon and its nice to see some non-Blood Dragon/Von Carstein Vampires getting some attention too.

Looks like there will be a lot of new monsters in WHFB.
I for one am not too keen on all the big monsters GW keeps coming out with... but the terrain is all good in the hood, love it..Nice find Prime, is this even the same model Jus was yapping about. He wont stop talking about how he is going to get heaps of these ugly monsters...

Of course, he can probably only fit 1 in a list given how crazy-expensive Vampire Lords are anyway.
You're looking at nearly 500 points for the vamp and the dragon, and thats before you add in any magic items or vampire powers. So its a 2000 point game for a minimal lord on a dragon for him. 4000 if he wants more than one of them!
Personally, I think having 1 or 2 big gribbly beasts is fine, but I think thats enough for regular games.

also, you can take terrorgheists stand alone as a rare choice for, as the rumor mill goes, a little more points than a varghulf, instead of a lord plus mount combo. So potentially if the rumors check out you "might" fit 2 if not 1 in a 2000 point game.

p.s - this looks to be a very nice kit, and to my mind fills a much needed place in the vampire counts armybook. the rumors for thte rules for this thing are kinda cool, but I'll believe them when I see them in print.

Hopefully it is more than a little better than a Varghulf. If you dont need to take it as a mount then that is great. Of course, with VC you'll still be spending a lot of points on characters and grave guard regardless, so I'm not exactly expecting to see a swarm of these things anytime soon. I may have to pick one up though, they do look cool.
