The warmachines look fantastic.

If I had a Skaven army, and using the HPA guaranteed victory each and every game plus a menage a trois between myself, Natalie Portman, and Salma Hayek, I would still have to say no due to the fugly nature of the model.

Its Skaven, it is supposed to be Fugly. If you want pretty and cutesy, play Elves.
And really, you'd turn down Portman and Hayek because of the HPA? I think sir, that you lie sir.

True, skaven should be fugly, but fugly in a different way. The rat ogres are "skaven fugly". They look like sewn together experiments gone wrong. The HPA is too lumpy and random for my liking.

I reckon with a bit of conversion it could be a bit less random and still have a good look to it...

i like the HPA. I approve of the random-sticky-outty bits look, and the colour n whatnot is purely down to the paintjob. I reckon with a more pallid, lives-underground-miles-from-the-sunlight kinda tone itd look well creepy.
