Just when even this Apologist was ready to quit on them GW reels me back in
That Dragon looks cool (do I need a third one?), as do the other monsters. Not to mention the totally unnecessary but cool accessories. I just don't have the backbone or willpower to resist.

But do you have the budget to get them in Japan?
I have to admit, those monsters look really, really awesome. Shame I dont play any of those armies.

I think the monsters might be available for every army. Certainly they're showing the Cocaktrice as part of a Orc army and a Warriors of Chaos army.

nay. I say. Nay, nay, and thrice Nay.
I dont care if they release an Eldar Aspect called The Freaking Cool Mofo Aspect Warrior, and its so well designed that all who behold it do cry "Dude! Theyre freaking cool!", I shall buy me no more GW minis.

@MIJ: We will remind you of that when the new Eldar Codex rolls around.
AFAIK We can still order from GW direct (I did a mock order right up to the last step with no probs). Not as good as Maelstrom etc but we don't pay the VAT and shipping isn't too bad.

I did find that being OK, once. I got my big case from GW, and the -VAT was more than the +shipping. It actually cost me less to buy and have sent here than to walk into a GW store in glasgow and buy one.
madness...

I have to say, if there was one thing that I thought that was over-priced, it is the rulebooks. I would be far more happy paying fairly over-priced rates for models, if GW just provided better, cheap and, preferably, free support to gamers. (Think about it, what if they just offered pdf codexes for free like in Japan? and rule support and moderated forum like BF or Privateer?)

I say.
quite charming, those models. But I rather would had them to have put their time and resources into updating woodelves, brettonians and ogre kingdoms (and vampire counts) instead of excreting this totally unnecessary expansion of focused on more magic...as if we needed any more of that.
mm I'm having none of it either. I'll save up for when vampires counts gets renovated.

Because BF certainly dont churn out loads of expensive rule books.
My mini-rulebook started falling to pieces the day I got it.
