I'm leaning toward something like:
1. Conventional army led by mage on unicorn
2. Guerrilla army led by Waywatcher Noble
3. Either an airborne army (heavy on eagles and hawks) or a cavalry-based army with my general on a stag.
Sylvan Conferderacy (please change title as you see fit)

Re: Warhammer Fantasy campaign 2012 - Warhammer Risk!
When Orion, lord of the forest, awoke from his winter sleep, he sensed that the new year would not be like previous years. Though his power is greatest in Athel Loren, he could hear the whispers and warnings of trees and birds in other lands, and he perceived that a new threat to the forest had emerged. Somewhere, off in a distant country, an evil magician was preparing a weapon that could be used to conquer the forest and extinguish its magic for good. Who the culprit was, Orion could not discern. Perhaps one of the fell races, like the cruel orcs or foul skaven; or possibly a long-dead evil resurrected by necromancy to avenge old grudges. It might even be a lord of the human or elven peoples, turned corrupt. But whoever it was had to be stopped.
Orion called upon three of the greatest elven lords who make the forest their home, bidding them to each take an army of their bravest warriors and those tree spirits that would hazard the journey away from Athel Loren, to seek out the danger faced by the sylvan homeland, and to destroy it. All who stood in the way would be swept aside by elven bows and blades.
