Is there a WHFB version of combat patrol?

The title says it all really.
I have been thinking about possible painting projects for next year, and I am toying with the idea of something fantasy-ish.
I haven't got it in me to bang out another army, so I was wondering if there is a combat patrol for fantasy. If you guys have any ideas, or indeed if you actually play something like it, please enlighten this poor lost soul!

There were some skirmish style rules for WFB kicking around a few editions ago.
.... Just checked my stash of rulebooks. It's called Warhammer Skirmish and was printed in 2002.
I don't see why you couldn't easily adapt it to current rules as it is mainly a booklet of guidelines and scenarios rather than a proper ruleset.
There is also a set of rules called Warbands, done in 2006 which is a lot more detailed and contains rules for random characteristics for heroes and other cool things.

Warhammer Skirmish was basically Mordheim, but using 6th edition rules, not 5th. It's more like a Fantasy Kill Team.
There was Border Patrol, using 500-point armies and a few other tweaks (stuff like no Lords or monsters, etc).
Here's the rules from 2009 (so 7th edition?) on GW's website:

Here's a set that's been updated for 8th edition:

Cheers lads.
I had seen those before. Warbands did perk my nipples, but I wasn't sure if it was compatible with 8th edition.
I shall have a gander at those links.
Cheers

The Border Patrol rules basically boil down to "Choose a 500-point army, and don't be a

".
6th, 7th and 8th editions are all basically the same under the bonnet, so converting a supplement from one edition to another should be fairly easy.
