nemesis

Post by Colonel Voss » Sun Nov 21, 2010 11:52 pm

Ariel faces against Morghur time and again.
Grey Seer Thanquil sees his great plans brought to ruin by lucky but bumbling Felix and Gortrek time and again.
Hatred for Grom the Paunch still seethes in Eltharion.

These are some of the most famous nemesis stories in warhammer fantasy mythos. It brings a sense of character to battles and an epic feel to the encounter.

So, does any of your current characters suffer from a nemesis of have suffered from one in the past?
Would you like to have a nemesis and how do you feel about the nemesis concept?

For me, my old dwarf army suffered constant battles from a particular black orc warlord. Though his armies were soundly defeated time and again, the black orc himself was never brought to heel, despite me running him down to one wound on several occasions, I could never land the fatal blow.

For my warriors of chaos army, my general's back story just begs to have one or more nemesis'.

OMG count von carstein's nemisis are Pikey's crone hellebron and her bleeding heart sisters of eternal misery. After those witch elves had their way with the hoardes of skeletons, nothing else was left standing or had crumbled to hell, and were never again filled with the breathe of unlife. however, should they ever show themselves on the field again, the sly count knows just how to counter them now.

Badruckula is the Mistress Prime let me take for a spin at the Hallowar Tournament (I took second to last and still had a blast)

She must have been Mike the Splinter's mistress and liked him a lot more than me because as my Vamp General when she died in the first magic phase from that point on she made it my units crumble.
