Only the red rules are new additions. All the black ones were covered in the previous 3 FAQ updates.

I guess I missed this one the first time around, or at least I am just confused:

Q: Do special rules that can inflict hits in close combat, such as Stomp and Breath Weapons, count as close combat attacks? (p42) A: No they count as an unusual attack and will be distributed as a shooting attack

That means a stomp attack should be done during the shooting phase and not at the end of combat???

I dont play fantasy, but I suspect what that means (in the great tradition of GW FAQ's making things as clear as mud) that the special attack is made in the CC phase, but the hits are distributed as per shooting rules (Im assuming here that shooting and CC damage are distributed differently.)
current (2019) hobby interests
eh, y'know. Stuff, and things

Wow. And then Corona happened. Just....crickets, all the way through to 2023...

This one looks interesting too.

Q: If a model is transformed, for example by the Transformation of Kadon or Sivejir’s Hex Scroll, do their special rules stop working along with their magic items and equipment?(Reference) A: No

Does this mean you could have a dragon wielding a teeny tiny magical weapon and having a 4+ ward save? :o

No.
The FAQ is do their special rules stop working along with the equipment? means: the equipment stops working, what about their rules?
Basically if the model has any special rules such as Always Strikes First or Unbreakable, they keep those rules.....hang on.....High Elf Mage changing into a dragon. :D :D :D

And M_i_J has it right with the shooting attacks in the close combat phase.
