Shiny! I like it. You may like to hit the bottom edge of the lenses with some brown ink or summat for definition, or just be careful about leaving a blackline in future, but really there's not much to say - good stuff!

(My vote is blue for plasma and power - traditional and nicely contrasting to boot!)

@The Other Dave - I went back and did a black line around the eyes. My problem was I had a shaky hand the other day. I guess I had too much coffee. Oh, and 37 more to go

I am getting better each time, but I really need iyanden darksun for the yellow Yellow submarine don't have any paints anymore, so I will have to go to Ikeda San, which is a good thing except that he is not available right when you need him. I also have so many things to work on, highlighting with nicer transitions, wet blending, drybrushing...it goes on and on.

y'know - they actually look like they might actually be proper military types. Unlike, say, the ultramarines, to whom "camoflage" means putting a twig on your bright blue suit of armour and posing like a tree...

I have to concur. I think the yellow and gold both go well with the desert khaki.

Is that freehand? If so - props and respec' - it's nice and neat. Also, if it is, are you fully prepared to hate that logo with a venom and passion you have never before experienced? cos if you have to freehand that bugger on every single shoulder pad of your marine army, you' s gonna go mad, I tells yer

*note* Ive never tried it myself, but I hear tell you can get printable transfer sheets, whereby you stick em in the printer and print out your water-slide transfers. Could be a goer, if that logo isnt already a transfer...
