I'm not sold on the bugs themselves, but their battlesuit (7th option, 1/2 way down the page) is pretty cool looking.

The Thrades look cool. Their guns look like Shuriken Catapults (or that could just be my eyes and the small pictures) and having a psychic unit would be unique for the Tau.
