Terrain Buildings

Post by Tenorikuma » Tue Dec 11, 2012 8:32 am

My Merchant's House from Tabletop World is more or less done, aside from accessories like crates and barrels. Although I still have a lot of figures in progress, painting terrain was a nice change of pace, and a lot easier.

 wow! Very nice indeed sir.
I look forward to hanging your Woodies from the eaves and then burning it to the ground ( using dryads as kindling).

That's proper professional-looking! Nice work. Love the patina'd copper bits.

Top stuff. I especially like the variation in color of the brickwork.

Very nice looking. I like the tarnishing on the bronze work. I eagerly await a chance to see it grace a table at Joshin.

Yep, lovely stuff. A top paint job that does justice to a great looking model.

MiJ is right, the variation in brickwork is a nice touch.

Inspiring stuff. I can't wait to see it on the table. Did you work some green into the shingles, or is that just my monitor?

Thanks for the nice comments, everyone. The copper patina is dead easy to do, especially considering how good it looks when done.

@Konrad: Nice catch. I did indeed try making a few of the shingles mossy by adding some green. I probably should have done more of them that way.
