Dave's 2015 New Year's Resolution Log

So last year's log turned out to be a good way to keep my motivation up, and I got a bunch painted last year as a result, so here's me doing it again for this year.
The big decision I've made is not to buy anything besides an army for Bolt Action / Chain of Command until I get a ways through my backlog. That leaves me with basically 6 projects on my plate:
Project 1: Finish up my 10mm Lord of the Rings project
By: The end of January
What I have to paint up:
5 bases of Dwarves, plus Dain
6 bases of Goblins
4 bases of Spearmen
1 base of Trolls
Project 2: Get my two Dropzone Commander armies painted up to 1000 points
By: Let's say March? Just to get it finished.
What I have to paint up:
3 Hunter grav-tanks, plus their dropship
1 Intruder dropshop
2 Ares walkers, plus their dropship
2 Phobos walkers, plus their dropship
1 Odin and 1 Zeus walker, plus their dropship
Project 3: Paint up the ancients stuff I have, to unlock the ability to buy more
By: I dunno! This is just for me, so there's no deadline or anything
What I have to paint up (I'm listing it up in Warmaster Ancients units of 3 bases, since that's how I bought everything) :
4 units of Hoplites
2 units of Javelins
3 Greek commanders
2 units of Immortals
3 units of Persian subject infantry
2 units of Skythian horse archers
1 Persian general
Project 4: Paint up enough of my 6mm British Napoleonics to try out a game of Black Powder, assuming Mike also does so, heh.
By: Summer-ish? Seems I've been saying that for a couple years now.
What I have to paint up (I've sort of arbitrarily decided 1 unit is 3 60x30mm bases, since that makes for an impressive footprint and model count) :
4 units of line infantry (one of which I will probably base up as light infantry)
1 unit each of Hussars and Heavy Dragoons
3 cannons
1 general and as many as 4 captains
Together with the 2 units of infantry, 1 unit each of light and heavy dragoons, and 4 cannons I already have painted up, that should give me more than enough for a good-sized game.
Project 5: Bolt Action
By: Depends on when I get the scratch to order myself an army, but it would be cool to have something playable as soon as possible. The timeline on this one will have to wait a bit, I reckon.
What I'm going to get: The 1000-point starter German army from Warlord, which will give me more than enough for a solid core to get started.
Project 6: Epic Black Templars
By: The next time I have an Epicstravaganza - like the Iron Warriors last time, I'd like to make this a door prize for some interested party, even though interest was lukewarm last time. What the hey!
What I have to paint up:
5 stands of bikers
4 stands of devastators
12 stands of tactical marines
8 stands of assault marines
2 stands of neophytes
10 land raiders
2 rhinos and 2 razorbacks
1 thunderhawk
If I'm feeling saucy, I'll scratch build and paint up a couple drop pod markers too.
So there's a lot on my plate this year! But a lot of it is very very small, and I think I painted at least that much last year, so it's eminently doable.
As usual, I'll keep the thread updated as I paint! Pictures, too.
