Truly awesome looking set up but I imagine it was a lot of hard work to do all that.
One possibility would be to buy all the pieces ready made.

Totally cool. It might be cheaper to make as a labour of love but some of those components look really good as special areas.

Having tried making my own terrain and having tried buying nice terrain, I would recommend buying terrain every time.

Mind you, I'm a lazy git.

if I thought it would ever see use, I'd love to build something like that. However, having built a dungeon for dungeon bowl, I know that the sad truth is that it doesnt matter how nice something is - if nobody plays on it, it was a waste of time.
Still, his approach looks very doable. Time consuming, expensive, and takes up a lot of space for storage, but doable, nonetheless. I'd give it a better paint job, though

I wouldnt mind getting in some 2nd Ed Space Hulk one day. They had rules for using other forces like;
Harlequins
Chaos Termis
Space Marines in power armour
Imp Guard.

I've never even played through the edition I have. I've played one mission, twice. That's it. I'm still glad I got it, cos it's lovely and the minis are ace, but still - a tad disappointing that it's basically just stitting there.

space hulk yet an other game that would be great to play at the mondo books store... @ MIJ you were looking for some good marine models to paint up... SHulk has the best marine models you will ever find... I am just sad that Sam wont let me paint the one I have been storing for him for the last 2 years...

I'm after space marines, rather than terminators. Different style, I reckon.
As for playing it at mondo, aside from the impossibility of me ever bringing it, don't underestimate the space it takes up. You need at least 6 x 4 to play it on. ( my kitchen table is too small for the first map, for example)
