indeed - xenomorph is the technical term for "one of those 'orrible aliens from the movie Aliens. Y'know "where's the sarg? Where's Apone? They're comin' outta the walls!" *dakkadakkadakka* etc" Bloody great things, so they are. Just not something you want populating your dreams, particularly.

Oh, yes the walls are bad, but as long as they aren't coming out of your chest cavity it seems like good fortune. That's my spot of sunshine for the day. Always remember xenomorphs out of the walls is better anytime to one out of your chest. [music cue: "Keep on the sunny side, always on the sunny side, keep on the sunny side of life..."]

The positive side of new flyers for everybody is that currently in Volks there is a discounted YB-49 Flying Wing that I was looking how to justify adding it to my IG.

Nightmares about Xenomorphs and Zombies eh? That sounds oddly familiar, coincidence?

Given some of the rumours that popped up yesterday regarding sixth ed, flyers seem to be the least of my concerns. I am seriously hoping that the starter of the latest batch is trolling everyone because if he isnt, 40K is going to go from it's best edition (5th) to it's absolute worst (6th).

Some of the rumours include such fun stuff as random charge ranges, random psychic powers and random terrain rules. Yay. Because nothing is as much fun as having to roll dice constantly for every single second of the game for absolutely everything you want to do.

So yeah, I am ok with flyers.

on the plus side next NagoyaHammer we can randomly pick opponents, randomly pick tables (roll for terrain), randomly pick army lists, randomly deploy and then randomly roll 1d6 to see who wins. We can play (randomly) many games!

Just chill guys I am sure it will be fun even if it is a much different game. Really hated 7th ed FB then I liked it then I loved 8th Ed fb now I do not really like it. 4th ed 40k was very similar to 5th ed and I liked them both for different reasons.

Negativity on the net is out of control. Be positive. Playing the old addition really is not an option. But the new addition can grow on you. Though 3rd Ed was not very popular at all from what I hear.

If Flyers are the new meta I´m converting Hydras for next year. 225 for a squadron of 3 is a steal.
